We are creating a campus that is measurably better every month β verified through daily inspections, digital scorecards and real-time monitoring.
Every pillar is inspected, scored and rewarded β nothing is left to chance.
Daily cleanliness of classrooms, hostel, dining hall, prayer hall, toilets and every shared space β inspected and scored.
Single-use plastics β covers, bottles, cups, straws and snack packets β are prohibited. Only reusable, eco-friendly alternatives are allowed.
Students consume only food supplied by the SAAF Union Store or officially approved by the institution. Outside snacks stay outside.
Tree plantation, herbal gardens, waste segregation, composting, rainwater harvesting, and water & energy conservation.
Cleanliness is part of faith. Avoiding waste is an Islamic value. Caring for nature is a responsibility entrusted by Allah.
Skill Coins, green badges and monthly titles β Green Champion, Eco Leader, Best Green Class β for students who lead by example.
Every zone of the campus is scored monthly across 12 criteria β from classroom cleanliness and toilet hygiene to plastic-free compliance, waste segregation and energy conservation. Transparent, measurable, and displayed on the Green Dashboard.
At admission, every residential student's essentials β uniform, hygiene kit, prayer and study materials β are digitally verified with a compliance score.
Green Captains inspect daily, teacher mentors weekly, and the Green Campus Committee monthly β including bag inspections for prohibited items.
Violations are recorded with photo evidence. Parents are notified instantly and decide what happens to a held item β collect it, or donate it for SAAF Store / campus use.
Good practices earn Skill Coins and badges. Zones, classes and hostels compete on the leaderboard toward the Annual Green Awards.
A standing institutional committee under the IQAC β planning, implementing and monitoring the Green Campus programme with representation from every stakeholder.
